Should you need to cancel your agreement with us you must give garys guitar studio’ at least 24 hours notice. Payments must still be made during and up to the end of your cancellation period.

To maintain the high level of service provided by us, we kindly ask all users to inform us straight away if you encounter a dead link or a link which leads you to a website address which is not relevant to the service advertised.

The website will be free to view by you, but will only be published when you have supplied us with the relevant application forms for your service and your joining fee has been paid.

CANCELLATION POLICY

48 hour notice must be given otherwise the lesson will be forfeit.

If a student misses a scheduled lesson for any reason and cannot rearrange the lesson for another time/day the full lesson price will still be charged.

Naturally it is much easier for me to reschedule a lesson if I am contacted as soon as possible.

LATE ARRIVALS / LATE COLLECTIONS

If a student arrives late for a lesson they will be taught up until their usual allotted time slot ends. It is not possible to extend the lesson as students normally follow each other fairly quickly.

If you are unavoidably late in picking up your child they can wait in the waiting area until you arrive. I cannot guarantee that they will be supervised for that time as I will be teaching.
